4 Sliding Scale Options

Kirkridge is moving to a sliding-scale model for retreat registration. When our retreats are accessible across social and economic classes, everyone benefits from the breadth of wisdom in the room. Please pay at the highest rate you can afford. The base rate is the lowest we can offer and still break even; many will not be able to pay it, so by selecting to add an optional $100 to your base cost you enable others to come. If the base rate is not accessible to you, please use the -$100 option to take that amount off of your base cost.

$	General Fund Donations to the General Fund help us to keep the lights on, repair a furnace, or otherwise use resources where and when we need them most.
$	Equity Fund In recognition of the racial wealth gap, our Equity Fund allows us to provide additional scholarship assistance to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color retreatants; partially subsidize retreats for movement organizations led by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; and make changes to create a more welcoming environment for BIPOC attendees.
