Our world is facing an unprecedented crisis as our social systems fray, wealth disparity peaks, and ecological collapse looms. Meeting this moment requires a radical transformation that extends beyond laws and policy; it demands a fundamental shift in our hearts, values, and relationships. Fierce Vulnerability aims to cultivate this shift by building a movement rooted in the understanding that injustice is a manifestation of collective trauma, requiring an escalated yet deeply compassionate response.

Rather than offering easy answers, this approach calls us to build community, create beauty, and respond skillfully to systemic violence while actively healing our own wounds. It invites us to hold the tension of fierce action and profound empathy, learning how to confront injustice and “shut down” spaces of power while simultaneously “opening up” our hearts and honoring the interconnectedness of all beings.

This workshop serves as an onboarding pathway for the Fierce Vulnerability Network, a decentralized constellation of teams responding to our current times.
