Description:
Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, we come together to connect to our bodies and the true nature of our being through the movement practice of yoga. By connecting movement and breath, we calm our sympathetic nervous system. By noticing the sensations in our bodies, we bring ourselves into the present moment. This practice is made accessible to all levels of experience through various options suggested throughout class. Each class is inspired by the goings on of nature, as viewed from Kirkridge Retreat Center and as felt in our energetic bodies. BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat
